Turnkey Architectural Innovation was founded by Geoff O'Connell — a University of Pretoria B.Sc. Architecture alumnus with over 24 years of experience shaping landmark residential and commercial projects across South Africa, Dubai, Ireland, Nigeria, and Bahrain. The practice was built on a single conviction: that architectural design and spatial survey technology should never be separate disciplines.
Too many projects suffer the cost of the handoff — between designer and surveyor, between concept and reality, between what was planned and what was built. By bringing both disciplines fully in-house, Turnkey eliminates that friction entirely. We perform on-site physical and aerial surveys, re-draughting in AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and council submissions — all under one point of accountability, from the ground up to the skies.

We perform both the on-site physical and aerial surveys and the actual re-draughting in AutoCAD in-house — speeding up municipal approvals, property transfers, and council submissions without the delays of external handoffs.
